Ruby Earlene Lee LANDS, 53, of Dalton, GA, departed this life December 10, 2003. Earlene was born December 28, 1949 in Fannin County, GA, daughter of the late Carl Leonard and Dorothy Mae Pittman Lee. Her brothers, Gene Lee, Carlton Lee and James Lee also preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband; son and daughter-in-law; daughters and sons-in-law; brother and sister-in-law; sister and brother-in-law; grandchildren. Services were held December 12, 2003 at the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home. Interment services followed at the Hot House Baptist Church Cemetery in Mineral Bluff, GA. Ponders Funeral Home of Dalton, GA was in charge of the arrangements.

Emma Starks LEWIS, of Cohutta, GA died March 29, 1993 in Whitfield County, Dalton, GA. Survivors include one daughter and son -in -law; two sons and daughter-in-law; three sisters; grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Services were held March 31, 1993 from the Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Concord Cemetery. Arrangements are by Julian Peeples Funeral Home.
